V Sotos Landscape LLC was founded in 2017 by a landscape contractor who saw a problem worth solving. Arizona's water supply is limited, and traditional grass lawns drain that resource fast. The mission from day one has been to help homeowners and builders replace thirsty real turf with high-quality artificial grass, saving millions of gallons of water across the Valley.

That water-conscious mindset shapes every project we take on. We are a licensed Arizona landscape contractor (License #314484), and we bring that same level of professionalism to every yard, patio, and commercial property we touch. Our work is built around the Arizona climate, not against it.

We specialize in synthetic turf installation, putting greens, and luxury lawn transformations that look great year-round without the water bill.
